Love A Dog

Maybe you’ve seen the #loveadog logo floating around Instagram or better yet on a T-shirt when you are out in the city. If not, we hope that soon there will be many people wearing the #loveadog T-shirts and apparel in the Philadelphia rescue community and beyond.

Love A Dog is an animal welfare charity that works to improve life for the dogs, cats and people in the Philadelphia community. Recognizing that animals are integral to human well-being, Love A Dog is a fundraising charity that supports ACCT and its rescue partners.

Our goals are to fundraise for animals in need of medical or behavioral help, regardless of whether their owner is experiencing economic hardship. By connecting with local rescues, we support the rights of animals and get them the life-saving care they may need. Funding is needed for events such as spay/neuter clinics, shot clinics, or other medical needs.

Love A Dog will support fundraising efforts for local Philadelphia area shelters to help dogs and cats in need, and also to help owners who may feel they have no choice but to surrender their pet due to not having funds available, which is far too often the case.
